WHITE GLOVE CONCIERGE SERVICE
#1 DISCOVERY
Fill out our online request form and set up a complementary consultation. Our initial conversation allows us to get to know you and your ideal wish-list, and introduce our services and all we can do for you.
#2 PLANNING
Once we receive your deposit (Planning Fee), we’ll begin the Planning Phase, which includes extensive research of every detail you’ve requested. We’ll then put it all together, present your itinerary and work with you to further customize it if necessary.
#3 BOOKING
Once we receive the balance of your deposit (Booking Fee), we’ll take care of all the paperwork, book each leg of your journey including everything from transportation, lodgings, amenities, excursions and activities, along with all of your detailed requests.
#4 GETAWAY!
As your travel dates draw near, you’ll receive your Travel Packet from us—which will include your travel documents and customized travel checklist. And, depending upon what kind of travel you’ve booked, we’ll keep you abreast of everything from last-minute upgrade opportunities and travel changes (due to weather, COVID, etc.) . If you’re traveling in a party (wedding, vows, anniversary, celebrations, etc.) your entourage will receive a newsletter from us, customized for the big event with destination and event details, dates and timetable, and contact information.
All outstanding balances will be due at this time.

We'll design and manage every aspect of your getaway and curate the ideal experience for you. We’ll find the best flights and resorts at the best rates, and book your favorite amenities and excursions and most anything you’re hoping to experience throughout your romantic getaway. We’ll prepare your itineraries, travel documents and check lists, and yes, we’ve even been known to help our clients pick out their wardrobes when they need us to. All said, we wouldn't be surprised if you started mapping out your next romantic getaway before you’ve even headed home.
